Our Dallas team is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates to support our growing operations. This entry-level sales and customer service position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is required for the sales or customer service position. We provide paid sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This opportunity is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, call centers, or recent graduates looking to build professional experience.

Sales Associate & Customer Service Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
Provide helpful information about products, services, and promotions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or sales
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Support sales efforts through product education and customer engagement
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Assist with order processing, scheduling, and administrative support
Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
Participate in ongoing customer service and sales training

Qualifications for our Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining solutions
Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
Ability to work full-time on-site in Dallas
Helpful but not required:
Retail or customer service experience
Hospitality or restaurant background
Sales, promotions, or call center experience
