Guest Services Agent

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Agent located in Charleston, SC for short term rental properties across the Low Country. The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the team to address guest-related needs and maintaining open communication with guests before, during, and after their stay. Weekend work will be expected. Qualifications Experience in Guest Services and Hospitality, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest interactions Flexible work schedule, will need to work weekends or some holidays Strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively Proficiency in managing Reservations, including scheduling, confirming, and modifying bookings Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with guests and team members professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the hospitality or vacation rental industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
