My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 2012–2016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 2016–2026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams. I’m a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
