Blue Yonder WMS Developer

Insight Global

Our client is seeking experienced Blue Yonder WMS Developers to support a live go-live environment. This role is focused on deep technical troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and supporting the GL support team during system stabilization.

Must‑Have Skills:

5–7 years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS
Strong hands-on experience with MOCA (required)
Experience analyzing logs, trace files, and data flows
Strong background in troubleshooting live production systems
Solid understanding of warehouse operations

Additional Experience That’s a Plus:

Experience with WMS integrations and APIs
Exposure to warehouse automation systems (Dematic, conveyors, ASRS, etc.)
Experience supporting go-live or post-go-live environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform advanced troubleshooting of WMS system failures
Analyze trace files, logs, data flows, and system integrations
Investigate and resolve complex production issues
Support escalations from techno-functional support team
Work across integrations between WMS, automation systems, and external platforms
Ensure system stability in a high-volume, 24/7 warehouse environment

Additional Details:

70% onsite in Olive Branch, MS (single site)
Must be open to 2nd or 3rd shift and occasional weekend coverage
