Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator
Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator for a 13-week contract opportunity supporting a high-acuity Emergency Department.
Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator Position Details:
- Pay Rate: Up to $100/hour
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 1 day 1 nights
- Schedule Options: 4x10 hour shifts
- Unit: Emergency Department
Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical education and professional development for Emergency Department nursing staff
- Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency assessments
- Provide real-time clinical education and support in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED environment
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to promote evidence-based practice, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with policy education, skills validation, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's Degree required
- Current or recent experience as an Emergency Department Nurse Educator
- Active New York RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Ability to start ASAP
