Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator for a 13-week contract opportunity supporting a high-acuity Emergency Department.

Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator Position Details:

• Pay Rate: Up to $100/hour
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 1 day 1 nights
• Schedule Options: 4x10 hour shifts
• Unit: Emergency Department

Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Educator Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical education and professional development for Emergency Department nursing staff
• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency assessments
• Provide real-time clinical education and support in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED environment
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to promote evidence-based practice, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with policy education, skills validation, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Master's Degree required
• Current or recent experience as an Emergency Department Nurse Educator
• Active New York RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to start ASAP
