Required Skills

• Valid and current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
• Proven clinical experience in dermatology is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills related to dermatology
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills

• Additional certification in dermatology or cosmetic procedures
• Experience performing dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and laser treatments
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic dermatology treatments

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in dermatology or a related specialty
• Current certifications such as AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA

• Reliable transportation; ability to travel to multiple clinic locations if necessary
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and medical board regulations
• Participation in ongoing professional development and training programs
