Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high‑quality standards in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV‑vis spectroscopy Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision Prepare standards and samples for analysis Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities Knowledge of cGMP and LIMS Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) 2–6 years of hands‑on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship Preferred Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis) Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniques Knowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods) Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Excellent documentation and organizational skills Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP) Additional Information What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10‑15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45‑60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or a Group Leader 30‑45 Minute In‑Person to Meet the Team Position is Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8am‑5pm.
