Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, OutpatientExperience: 1 yearOT-NVCertifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed)SSN RequiredDOB Required1+ yrs of Outpatient Ortho experience
Splinting experience required
Experience treating 13-16 patients per day required
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university

Preferred Qualifications
CHT/PAMS & experience treating hand injuries
