Maintenance Technician III

Pay: $25.00$28.20 per hour

St. Leonard, a faith-based senior living community, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs independently
• Replace appliances and assist with snow and ice removal
• Support fire alarm and nurse call system testing
• Follow safety standards and participate in required training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial facilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
