Cath Lab | Registered Nurse | 13-Week Travel RN Contract – Parkersburg, WV Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) – Parkersburg, West Virginia Join a dynamic cardiac care team in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and put your Cath Lab RN experience to work in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab. This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers a strong weekly pay package, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to support advanced interventional cardiac care in a welcoming riverfront community along the Ohio River. Position: Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse Start Date: 9/7/2026 Shift: 8-hour day shifts, currently 5x8s and transitioning to 4x10s Call Requirement: Call coverage at least every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend, with a 30-minute response time Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700-$2,840 Orientation: 1-2 days Charting System: EPIC Cath Lab RN Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA Prior travel nurse experience highly preferred Ability to work a day-shift schedule with regular call coverage Comfort working in a fast-paced interventional cardiology environment EP coverage experience is an expectation Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide circulating support for cath lab procedures and patient care needs Sedate patients as appropriate; scrubbing is not required Prepare patients for procedures, including IV placement when needed Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Document patient care and procedure details in EPIC before and after cases Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient workflow Respond to call coverage assignments and support after-hours cardiac care needs Assist with procedures including PCI, TEEs, balloon pumps, pacers, event recorders, and defibrillators Why Consider This Travel Healthcare Job?
