Roofing Sales Rep (1099)

Commission Sales Reps Wanted We are hiring commission sales representatives to sell exterior remodeling services (roofing, siding, gutters) to homeowners with storm damage. You will help homeowners navigate the process and secure insurance‑paid work. Responsibilities: Generate and close sales with homeowners in the Chicago storm market. Utilize warm leads and storm‑mapped territories to prospect efficiently. Build and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Benefits: Uncapped commissions. Flexible schedule and income potential. National platform support, CRM, and resources. Qualifications: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Resilience and determination to succeed in a high‑pressure environment. Reliable vehicle for traveling the territory. Coachability and willingness to complete training.
