Housing Navigator: Build Pathways to Permanent Homes

L.A. Family Housing Corporation

LA Family Housing is seeking a Housing Navigator to assist participants facing housing crises. You will develop housing plans, budgets, and coordinate connections to permanent housing and services across Los Angeles County. The role requires direct field-based work, strong documentation, and collaboration with landlords, agencies, and service providers.
