Creative Content Producer
Path Robotics, Inc
At Path Robotics, we’re building the future of embodied intelligence. Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries. We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk‑aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real‑world use. Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together. We are building a small in‑house creative team, and this role is for people whose strength is genuinely both sides of that work. We are hiring for craft first and we are open on level: if you bring the depth to steward Path’s brand and set creative direction across marketing, there is room to take that on, but the person we hire will still be the one making the work. What You’ll Do Capture high-quality photo and video across Path’s core marketing initiatives — product, people, customers, and environment. Lead shoots at events, customer locations, and for company initiatives. Edit, color grade, and prepare final deliverables optimized for web, print, and social. Develop motion graphics and light VFX for video and digital content. Support design needs across campaigns, sales materials, and product launches. Create visual assets for digital, social, and print — banners, slide decks, web graphics, trade show graphics, and one‑pagers. Concept and produce creative tied to upcoming campaigns, events, and product launches. Repurpose existing creative into multiple formats — short‑form video, cutdowns, GIFs, and reels. Capture live content at trade shows, HQ events, and field installations, and deliver post‑event highlight videos and curated photo sets ready for press, web, and social. Coordinate with marketing and operations on logistics, shot lists, and deliverable timelines. Keep all creative aligned with Path’s visual identity and brand standards, and maintain an organized, well‑tagged media library in the company drive. Grow into brand stewardship and creative direction across marketing if you have the depth for it — this role scales with the person in it. Who You Are 5+ years producing photo and video content in a marketing, agency, or in‑house creative role — or equivalent demonstrated ability. We weigh the portfolio more heavily than the year count. A track record of owning creative end to end concept through final delivery — without a senior creative above you. Strong command of the Adobe suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Comfort working independently on a small team: you scope your own shoots, manage your own timelines, and ship without heavy oversight. Willingness to shoot in an active manufacturing environment and follow site safety requirements. Availability to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and field installations (roughly 10–20%). Experience shooting industrial, manufacturing, or technical subject matter is a plus. Motion graphics, 3D, or CAD visualization skills are a plus. Trade show or live event production experience is a plus. Familiarity with brand systems and working within established design standards is a plus. Why You’ll Love Working Here Daily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the team Flexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need it Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total) 401(k) retirement plan through Empower Generous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team! Who We Are At Path Robotics, we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued. We encourage unique thinking and are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. If you require a reasonable accommodation to participate in the application process or any part of the hiring process, please contact View email address on click.appcast.io. We are committed to providing equal access and will work with qualified individuals to ensure a fair and accessible hiring experience. We will respond to your request within 48 hours. Demographic Questions We'd like to know a little more about you. Answering these questions is completely voluntary, but we'd be forever grateful since the information will help us evaluate and improve our recruitment and diversity efforts. Whether or not you decide to answer the questions will not affect your application with us. Any information you submit here will be kept secure and confidential and has no effect on your opportunity for employment. Voluntary Self-Identification For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self‑identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file. As set forth in Path Robotics’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows: A \"disabled veteran\" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service‑connected disability. A \"recently separated veteran\" means any veteran during the three‑year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service. An \"active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran\" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense. An \"Armed forces service medal veteran\" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985. Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1 OMB Control Number 1250‑0005 Expires 04/30/2026 Why are you being asked to complete this form? We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to: Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally) Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS Blind or low vision Cancer (past or present) Cardiovascular or heart disease Celiac disease Cerebral palsy Deaf or serious difficulty hearing Diabetes Disfigurement, for example, disfigurement caused by burns, wounds, accidents, or congenital disorders Epilepsy or other seizure disorder Gastrointestinal disorders, for example, Crohn's Disease, irritable bowel syndrome Intellectual or developmental disability Mental health conditions, for example, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD Missing limbs or partially missing limbs Mobility impairment, benefiting from the use of a wheelchair, scooter, walker, leg brace(s) and/or other supports Nervous system condition, for example, migraine headaches, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS) Neurodivergence, for example, attention‑deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, other learning disabilities Partial or complete paralysis (any cause) Pulmonary or respiratory conditions, for example, tuberculosis, asthma, emphysema Short stature (dwarfism) Traumatic brain injury Disability Status Select… PUBLIC BURDEN STATEMENT: According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number.
