Responsibilities:

• Embarks on a journey that seamlessly blends leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative prowess.
• Orchestrates the leasing and strategic marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Meticulously navigates through all leasing documentation and paperwork.
• Curates and shepherds applications towards approval.
• Guides new residents through the lease agreement and associated addenda with clarity and precision.
• Embarks on detailed apartment inspections, promptly reporting enhancement opportunities.
• Nurtures harmonious resident relationships, ensuring satisfaction and contentment.
• Transforms data into insights by inputting fees, deposits, and new lease details.
• Extends a warm welcome to prospective lessees by showcasing apartments with charm and expertise.
• Facilitates smooth transitions with the handling and processing of Notice to Vacate forms.
• Offers a seamless rental payment process that fosters convenience and ease.
• Embraces the spirit of adaptability by wholeheartedly embracing any other duties entrusted.

Essential Qualifications:

Essential Property Management Expertise : Invaluable experience in the realm of property management is an absolute must.

Dynamic Sales and Customer Service Proficiency : A minimum of one year showcasing prowess in sales and/or customer service, reflecting your dedication to fostering lasting relationships.

Tech Savviness : Possessing a strong grasp of modern technology and its applications is essential.

Ambitious Go-Getter : Infused with a go-getter spirit, you consistently seize opportunities for growth.

Self-Initiator : As a proactive self-starter, you need no prompting to take the reins and lead.

Licensed to Drive Excellence : A valid driver's license, accompanied by auto insurance, is mandatory.

Must have strong leasing experience with 50+ unit apartment.
