This role involves supporting individuals with mental illness in developing independent living skills, engaging in social and recreational activities, and ensuring their overall well-being.???? Availability On-Call Shifts: VariesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide training and support to individuals in the development of independent living skills.Actively engage consumers in social and recreational activities to promote community involvement and well-being.Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation to encourage balanced nutrition.Provide transportation services to support individuals in attending appointments, community activities, and other engagements.Qualifications & RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.High School Diploma or GED required.Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience working in the mental health field.Possession of a valid, non-provisional New Jersey Driver's License with no more than five (5) points.If you are invited to interview, please bring:Two professional reference letters - Identification and Social Security Card - Highest degree or diploma
