Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field.
• Valid state credential/license for School Psychologists (or eligibility to obtain).
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of educational law and ethical practice pertaining to student services.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely psycho-educational assessments to determine student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor student interventions and behavioral plans.
• Facilitate and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, consulting with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
• Support the creation of positive, inclusive school environments with a focus on emotional and academic well-being.
• Maintain current and detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
