Our next Sales Manager will be someone who sees developing a team member as one of the highest acts of leadership available to them. The Role You will lead our outside sales, inside sales, and design teams as a senior leader reporting directly to the CEO, with full P&L responsibility, real operational ownership, and the executive support to build something world-class. More than any metric, you will own the culture of the team you lead. What You Will Own Revenue, P&L, and KPIs Develop and execute sales strategies; set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; and drive consistent revenue growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy Establish and enforce all sales, operational, and financial KPIs; own pipeline health and reporting integrity; monitor pricing discipline and margin performance Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership Ensure full CRM compliance, data accuracy, and reporting discipline across the team People Leadership and Team Development Lead all hiring, onboarding, and training across sales execution, initial consultation and closing, and customer experience Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning; coach KPIs; address performance deficits with care and directness Build a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement Customer and Front Desk Experience Partner with the Front Desk Manager to lead front desk operations as the first point of customer contact, upholding luxury-level service standards throughout every interaction Operations, Cross-Functional Leadership, and Strategy Ensure accurate quoting, financial controls compliance, order processing, and clean handoff to Operations and Warehouse Partner with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance; identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements Execute company growth initiatives, provide strategic reporting to executive leadership, and support long-term organizational scaling What Excellent Looks Like in This Role Your team hits targets consistently, not through pressure but through clarity, capability, and genuine belief in what they are doing Your one-on-ones are conversations your team members look forward to, because they leave clearer and more motivated than when they walked in Your customers feel the difference.
