# Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Georgia

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, every other weekend, floating within scope of practice as needed

• Progressive care unit with 12-bed capacity serving intermediate level and medical-surgical patients
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics with diagnoses such as dysrhythmias, CHF, acute stroke symptoms, and Acute Coronary Syndrome
• Epic EMR and Pyxis medication management systems in use
• All patients on hardwire telemetry monitored by bedside RN
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Maximum 7 days of time off available per contract; holiday coverage required per assignment length

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac drip management, blood product administration, and central/peripheral line care
• Epic experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Full compliance required prior to start date
