Labor & Employee Relations Analyst: Investigations & FMLA

Baltimore County’s Office of Human Resources seeks an Employee and Labor Relations professional to oversee the ELR program, conduct investigations, and guide compliance with federal and state laws. The role coordinates with departments on training, FMLA administration, and accommodations, and serves as primary contact for ER issues.
