Site Supervisor

The incumbent is responsible for the supervision/management of employees, training employees, and planning daily schedules to ensure all contract requirements/specifications are met to the highest standards. This position is located in Baltimore, MD. Hours 9:30am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday. Hours may vary.

Key responsibilities include supervising Melwood staff assigned to Judiciary Square, including scheduling and assigning work, completing timesheets, and providing disciplinary actions. Other duties involve opening, reviewing, processing, screening, sorting, logging, boxing, and distributing incoming mail and publications. The role also requires scanning and directing incoming correspondence with minimal errors, receiving, processing, downloading, and logging incoming voice messages with minimal errors, performing data entry accurately by entering consumer information requests and updating consumer complaints in the database with minimal errors, and developing, maintaining, and delivering to FTC COR/COTR the weekly Mail Report which communicates all incoming and outgoing mail aspects.

The Site Supervisor manages all employees assigned to the customer location and reports to the Project Manager assigned to the customer location. The incumbent must stand 80% of the work time and sit 20% of the time. They must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds. These requirements are necessary to complete custodial work, inspect work areas, and use and operate custodial equipment. They must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach to climb stairs and clean high and low areas. Must be able to speak and hear to communicate clearly with workers at the contract site. Good vision and depth perception are required to inspect work areas.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience including excellent communication skills and managing personnel, prior experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred, ability to work flexible hours, and passing all pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and government security clearance requirements for employment.
