Sales Greeter Job Responsibilities

Greet all customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the lot or in the showroom Engage customers in a friendly manner and determine the purpose of their visit Direct customers to the appropriate sales associate or department Maintain awareness of showroom and lot activity to ensure smooth customer flow Provide basic dealership information and answer general questions Keep reception and showroom areas clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with light administrative or customer support tasks as needed Help create a positive and lasting first impression for every customer

Qualifications

Sales Greeter Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
