Bob Caldwell has a great opportunity for the right person in its parts operation as an Experienced Chrysler Counterperson. This is a position that offers a great opportunity to join one of the area's largest dealerships, work in a great environment and build your career. The position requires a background with parts counter experience. Our dealership is family owned and operated for 50 plus years and continues to grow!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying correct parts in the catalog system
- Charging and costing parts out
- Basic inventory control functions
- Taking care of customer's over the phone and at the parts counter
- Accurately record parts and prices on work orders and counter tickets
- Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Qualifications
- 2 years parts sales experience preferred (dealership or retail aftermarket)
- Chrysler experience a plus
- CDK experience a plus
- Effective oral & written communication
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Work Experience & Education
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and a background check
