Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs

• Perform vital signs, obtain medical histories, and document patient information accurately

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in CNA or related field preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; recent graduates and experienced CNAs welcome to apply

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with ease and precision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
