As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming and helpful shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding the products they need.
• Providing product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding.
• Processing transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintaining organized and visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to keep products readily available.
• Engaging in upselling opportunities to maximize sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store goals and uphold high standards of service.

We’re seeking someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with hardware and hardware-related items.
• The ability to lift 10-60 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
