Senior Decision Support Analyst

Job Description Responsible for the creation, design, and maintenance of clinical and financial reports for business operations and internal management. Extract data through database queries, utilize business intelligence reporting tools to analyze results, and perform analytical and technical tasks required for complex projects. Experience in healthcare reporting preferred; extensive knowledge of PC applications, relational databases and spreadsheets necessary; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills mandatory. Extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data from the data warehouse using reporting tools such as Hyperion (Brio), Crystal Reports, Business Objects, TOAD, Access, SAS, Tableau, and Excel. Generate clinical reports for patient quality initiatives and population health. Create reports to measure physician clinical and productivity performance. Provide analytical support to the Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative. Strong experience with SQL or Oracle database. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, healthcare, or a related technical discipline. Experience in healthcare reporting preferred. Extensive knowledge of PC applications, relational databases, and spreadsheets necessary. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills mandatory. Software: Hyperion (Brio), Business Objects, Crystal Reports, TOAD, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SAS, Tableau, EPIC systems, and Oracle databases.
