As a key player in our production process, you will ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.Job ResponsibilitiesFollow batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions.Accurately weigh and measure raw materials.Operate mixers and related production equipment.Perform quality checks and document production activities.Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.Operate forklifts to transport and stage materials.Adhere to all safety, GMP, and company procedures.Report equipment, material, or quality issues promptly.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience in manufacturing or production environments.Experience operating industrial mixers or similar equipment.Forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.Basic math and recordkeeping skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.PreferencesForklift certification.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA, or ISO standards.Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, Monday - Friday, 5am-1:30pm with some overtime.Competitive pay based on experience.Apply today to join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
