About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead the strategic and tactical efforts in building and scaling demand generation programs across various product motions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and email channels, with a focus on driving qualified pipeline for self-serve and enterprise motions. This role requires a data-driven marketing leader with a proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing, and at least 2 years' experience in a management position. The Head of Demand Generation will work closely with Sales, Developer Relations, and Content teams to ensure that all campaigns are measured against pipeline and revenue impact, and will be expected to manage and forecast the demand generation budget effectively. Key responsibilities for the Head of Demand Generation include defining, tracking, and reporting on pipeline and revenue metrics, managing the marketing technology stack, and presenting regular performance reviews to senior management. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Google PPC and SEO, and a strong command of pipeline and funnel metrics. Experience in ABM and a background in SaaS/PaaS companies, particularly in supporting sales to enterprise accounts, is a plus. The role demands excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a high level of analytical rigor to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations. The Head of Demand Generation will also be involved in hiring, coaching, and developing a small team of demand gen marketers, and will be expected to work with the sales team on lead handoff, ABM, and outbound support.
