Only for Local candidates Location: Clinton, IA 52732 (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months (Temp to Hire) Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.50/hr on W2 Shift: Standard Business hours Top Skills: Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency Responsibilities: Assist with audit processes Review and maintain Fixed Asset Register (additions, retirements, true‑ups) Reconcile monthly inventory (Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, Supplies, Intercompany) Assist with physical inventory and company asset verification Monitor inventory and report findings to Finance Manager/General Manager Support month-end consolidation and reporting Investigate and resolve month-end reporting discrepancies Coordinate monthly financial information with corporate teams Assist with plant working capital reporting Prepare monthly reports and KPI reporting Analyze financial variances and reporting trends Collaborate with AP/AR and Production on revenue recognition, accruals, and error resolution Review job costing reports and analyze variances Additional Information: Onsite interviews Possible extension or full-time conversion EEOC Compliance: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
