Inventory Control Coordinator
SET Duct Manufacturing

SET Duct Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting inventory, reporting, purchasing, production, and shipping operations within our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

· Maintain daily rectangular and spiral production schedules

· Update production worksheets and material usage reports

· Manage steel inventory reporting and tracking

· Issue and manage purchase orders for steel coils and sheets

· Receive incoming materials and request material quotes

· Process order acknowledgements and sales documentation

· Match BOLs to orders and update sales reports

· Assist with weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory reporting

· Assist with quarterly audits and costing reports

· Prepare serialized BOLs and Canadian customs paperwork

· Perform daily and weekly cycle counting

Qualifications

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Experience with Microsoft Excel required

· Manufacturing or production office experience preferred

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience with CMS
