Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 per year A bit about us: We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Platform Engineering teams. - Lead and mentor engineers across both Data and Platform teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
- Define and execute the technical vision for data infrastructure, pipelines, and platform architecture.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with company goals.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development for team members.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance across systems.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data solutions and platform services.
- Champion DevOps, observability, and automation best practices.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong technical background in data engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or both.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments.
- Background in security, compliance, or data governance.
- Prior experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to maturity
