Test Manager (Property & Casualty Insurance)

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts for a large-scale, multi-year transformation program within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will define test strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all testing activities across large-scale transformation programs Define and implement test strategy, test planning, and test estimation Coordinate and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across P&C insurance applications Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in Agile delivery cycles Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Azure DevOps Ensure automation coverage and continuous improvement of QA processes Validate data using SQL and support backend testing needsOversee automation frameworks using Playwright and Ranorex Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a QA/Test Manager Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain Expertise in test strategy, test planning, and test estimation Hands-on experience with SQL Experience with test automation tools like Microsoft Playwright and Ranorex Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Experience working in Agile environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
