Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a poised and personable Restaurant Hostess to join our team at Beverly's Fine Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, warmly welcoming them, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression and ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about the restaurant, and address any concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Reservation Management: Manage restaurant reservations effectively, utilizing the reservation system to book tables, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records. Monitor reservation lists, anticipate arrival times, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
3. Seating Coordination: Organize seating assignments in accordance with reservation status, party size, and guest preferences, ensuring an equitable distribution of guests throughout the dining area. Communicate effectively with servers and management to facilitate smooth transitions between tables and maintain efficient flow of service.
4. Guest Experience Enhancement: Enhance the dining experience for guests by providing personalized attention, acknowledging special occasions, and accommodating requests for specific seating arrangements or dietary preferences.
