Job Requirements:
The Family Practice Physician will have the following requirements:
• MD/DO Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Any State License
• 1 year experience
• BLS/ACLS/PALS
