Estimator/Project Manager

The Role As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will estimate, bid, and manage profitable restoration projects while collaborating with crews, superintendents, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results. What You'll Do Accurately estimate and prepare bids for construction projects Prospect and build client relationships while identifying new opportunities Coordinate with the Operations team to set and meet project schedules Monitor project performance against budgets and continuously improve future estimates Manage projects on-site, ensuring communication with crews and clients Handle billing processes with precision and timeliness Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders Who You Are Technical Expert or Craftsman at heart, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or similar experience (preferred) 3+ years of estimation/project management in concrete or masonry restoration or related fields (preferred) Proficient in reading construction plans, MS Office, and communication tools Process-driven individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills Comfortable leading projects and prioritizing decisions under pressure Naturally take ownership, lead with precision, and excel in accountability Driven by problem-solving, structure, and process while delivering quality craftsmanship Thrive in environments where accuracy and measurable results are paramount Why McGill Restoration We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for advancement.
