Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required, but strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to support students with diverse communication disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Remain current with best practices and legal requirements in school-based speech therapy
