Full-Time RN : Ideal for a quick learner and team player who can commit to full-time hours (30 points per week). Part-Time RN : Ideal for a quick learner and team player who can commit to part-time hours (18 points per week). Compensation Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation: The full-time RN position is paid at $60.00 - $100.20 per visit (approximately $93,600/year with full-time points). Part-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation: The part-time RN position is paid at $60.00 - $100.20 per visit (approximately $56,160/year with part-time points). Conduct and complete initial assessment of our patients in order to generate a personalized plan of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician and/or other appropriate health professionals as often as needed, or upon changes in the patient’s condition. Teach, supervise and counsel the patient and family regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs as appropriate to the patient’s condition. Exhibit critical thinking and apply it for continuous improvement of services and the agency. Requirements Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name as a driver Home health care experience preferred Travel Home visits and office meetings as indicated.
