About the Role
Career Strategies is looking for a reliable and hardworking Apartment Maintenance Superstar to join our team! If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and helping keep a community running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll help maintain apartments, respond to service requests, and make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.
What You’ll Do
Complete maintenance service requests efficiently
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
Prepare apartments for new move-ins
Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
Provide friendly and professional service to residents
What You’ll Do:
- Rescue clogged drains, leaky faucets, and misbehaving toilets
- Solve mystery noises and flickering lights
- Patch, paint, repair, and revitalize apartments
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming
