Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Total Compensation: $220,000 $350,000

We're partnering with a thriving multi-specialty group practice in Monmouth County, NJ to find a dedicated Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrician to join their growing team.
This role is M-F, and no weekends

Your Responsibilities

• Guide clinical and reception staff as a trusted team leader
• Order tests, arrange follow-ups, and refer to specialists when appropriate
• Prescribe medications, deliver routine vaccinations, and advise patients on health and hygiene
• Manage acute illnesses and injuries with skill and compassion
• Contribute to prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery across all patient ages
• Build personalized, effective treatment plans grounded in sound clinical judgment
• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population
• Keep documentation accurate and complete to support quality coding and continuity of care (original documentation only)

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO
• New Jersey medical licensure
• Board certified or board eligible in your specialty
• Residency completed in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills with patients, staff, and the broader care community
