Marketing CoordinatorGrowing law firm seeks new Marketing Coordinator to join their team!Responsibilities:• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain repository.• Maintain events calendar for marketing initiatives.• Maintain database of event presentations.• Organize and manage marketing equipment.• Create marketing performance reports.• Attend local trade shows and events as needed.Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates.Collaborate with attorneys to create PowerPoint presentations for external events.Maintain and learn new PowerPoint skills.Prepare posts, including content and graphics.Collaborate with team on templates.Promote and document internal and external events.Keep the firm's website up to date daily.Collaborate with Helpdesk, as needed.Learn and maintain CMS skills.Experience with WordPress or comparable a plus.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications required• Legal/law firm organization experience a plus.• Experience with LinkedIn preferred.• Familiarity with Canva or WordPress is a plus.• Digital photography/videography skills needed.• MS Office Suite: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
