Event Brand Ambassador

Overview 2020 Companies is hiring Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for 7/1/2026 – 7/31/2026 in Jacksonville, NC 28540. Pay $25 per hour. This temporary (fixed‑term seasonal) role requires 5–6 hours per day, 5 days per week, including potential weekend or holiday shifts, with travel to local and national events as scheduled. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand at community events, festivals, and promotional activations. Create a welcoming front‑porch style environment to encourage conversation, product awareness, consumer feedback, and brand affinity. Verify age eligibility before engaging consumers. Educate adult consumers about premium tobacco products and promotions. Administer surveys and collect consumer insights. Distribute approved promotional materials and coupons. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and asset management. Maintain professionalism and compliance throughout each activation. Accurately report event results and consumer engagement metrics. Required Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable engaging large numbers of consumers; ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and special events. Previous event marketing, hospitality, promotional marketing, or customer‑facing experience preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, able to embrace challenges and contribute to team success. Work Environment This role requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and working at community events, festivals, and high‑traffic public gatherings. Brand Ambassadors typically spend approximately four hours per retail activation interacting directly with adult consumers, collecting feedback, and promoting brand awareness and product consideration.
