Job Description Position Overview: Velociti Services is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager — Janitorial Services to lead shift operations overseeing a large custodial team. This role is responsible for managing daily janitorial operations, supporting Shift Supervisors, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery across a large facility. This is a working leadership role — the Project Manager is expected to be highly visible on the floor, actively engaged with the team, and willing to step in and perform janitorial duties when needed. This position also serves as the primary on‑site contact for the customer. This is a very fast‑paced environment requiring strong leadership, urgency, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
