divh2Customer Service Representative/h2pAt Iowa State Bank, our Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service regarding daily banking transactions such that customers banking needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. CSR will assist customers with inquiries and problem resolutions in accordance with Iowa State Banks policies, standards and regulations. Every transaction should be viewed as an opportunity for new business development by making the customer aware of any product or service that may be of benefit to them. In addition to one-on-one contact, customer referrals will be made on an on-going basis as an integral part of the sales process, enabling Iowa State Bank to further develop relationship banking./ppIowa State Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment; the bank may exercise its employment-at-will rights at any time./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliHandle customer transactions including but not limited to account deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, check deposit hold, cash advances, gift cards, and issue Cashiers Checks./liliBuy and sell money to other tellers and vault/liliBalance drawers daily and vault money as needed with no errors/liliComplete regulatory reporting forms as needed/liliAnswers telephone calls to assist customers with questions or requests and/or transfer calls to appropriate personnel/liliPrepare statements for mailing to customers/liliPerform teller duties within the Drive-Up Window and participate in the late-night rotation schedule./liliMay be asked to travel to other branch locations to assist in teller duties as needed to ensure adequate coverage./liliAccepts other responsibilities as assigned to help embrace ISBs values/li/ulh3Other Duties/h3ulliWill have extensive contact with the public and conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall professional image and marketing efforts of the agency and bank./liliParticipate in outside civic activities that enhance the agency, bank and personal growth./li/ul/div
