This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics is designed for recent CDL-school graduates preparing to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Qualified graduates receive one-on-one training with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing the program, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet, serving routes from the Franklin, Tennessee area.

After Training

• Average solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
