Job Title - Position Description: Registered Nurse Charge

Reports to: Manager Site

MISSION

The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible forconstantly monitoring the patient and work-flow to keep the Ambulatory Surgery Center functioning efficiently, whileleading the registered nurse team effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• 2 years of nursing experience

Credentials/Licensures:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia OR
• Current Compact Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Experience in the operating room setting
• Experience in Urology/Urogynecology setting
