Client Success Coordinator

To support client success initiatives, the full-time Client Success Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients by ensuring effective communication, overseeing account performance, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities: Serve as the dedicated account manager for assigned clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries to maintain strong relationships Lead client onboarding and success planning while tracking milestones and coordinating with specialized departments Monitor client feedback and service outcomes to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to overall client satisfaction metrics Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer-facing role, preferably in professional services Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and resolve complex issues Experience with account oversight, including tracking progress and coordinating services Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and communication tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
