Qualifications for an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing
- Must have long term care experience as a manager
- ADON experience preferred
- PA RN or LPN License at least 2 years
- Oversight of PCU and SNF
- Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing role
