MVT (Mesilla Valley Transportation) is hiring CDL-A Regional Company Drivers and Established Team Drivers based out of the El Paso, Texas area. Whether you're a solo driver looking for consistent regional miles or an established team ready to maximize your earning potential, MVT offers dependable freight, modern equipment, excellent benefits, and one of the most driver-focused operations in the industry.

Both opportunities feature 100% no-touch dry van freight and engineered regional lanes designed to maximize miles while providing flexible home time.
Pay & Compensation
MVT offers competitive weekly earnings with opportunities for both solo drivers and established teams.
Solo Regional Drivers
- Earn $1,125–$1,680 per week

- Average $2,100–$2,300 per driver, per week
