Full job description Lead Infant Teacher
Sunshine is interviewing for a full-time Lead Infant Teacher to join our team of early childhood professionals.
We are looking for candidates that have at least 1 year experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
The Infant classroom is 6weeks -12months. Sunshine teachers are expected to use Teaching Strategies Curriculum as well as Pyramid Model Inclusionary Practices. Sunshine pays for all required training and up to 20 hours of continued education credits per year, with most training provided during regular work hours.
Teacher Requirements:Registered with the Oregon Central Background Registry
Current First Aid/CPR CertificationCurrent Oregon Food Handler's Certification
Safety Set Required: Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse & Neglect, Oregon Safe Sleep, Prevention is Better Than Treatment, Introduction to Childcare Health & Safety, Foundations for Learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19/per hour - Depending on your step, wage can vary
