Job Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to management positions, within the resort and casino operations. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending offers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and other recruitment activities as needed. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry. Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
