A day in the lifeAt our Elgin, IL facility, you’ll be the final checkpoint between manufacturing and our customers. As an End‑of‑Line Packaging Operator, you’ll arrive to a clean, organized work cell, review the day’s production plan, verify packaging specs, and keep the line moving with precision. You’ll inspect each item, pack it to standard, and partner with teammates to hit daily goals—always with safety at the forefront.Where and when you’ll workLocation: Elgin, IL12‑hour shifts with paid lunches6:00am–6:00pm6:00pm–6:00am2‑2‑3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days)What you’ll handlePack finished products precisely to specification and quality standardsInspect items for visible defects before sealing or boxingKeep your station orderly to maximize throughput and accuracyWork with team members to achieve daily production and packing targetsFollow safety procedures and use safe work practices at all timesWhat you bringSelf‑motivated and dependable; able to work independently when neededOpen to applicants of all gendersEnglish communication skills are a plusPrior warehouse or packaging background is a plusComfort lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periodsKeen attention to detail and accuracy in packingStrong teamwork and communication skillsBasic knowledge of warehouse safety practicesPreferred proficienciesWarehouse experiencePackaging experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
